From the first contact with Jason, he was professional, detailed and timely in his response; all key qualities a Professional Wedding Planner looks for in a vendor as well as the key ingredients to stellar service at an event. Jason and I reviewed our Clients' contract details, finalized menus and speciality beverage selections, floorplan layouts and timeline for load-in, service and load-out. As a client, you may not understand why these details are necessary, but for a flawlessly executed event that WOWs your guests, anything short of this level of detail is a disservice. "Me and my husband booked Premium Hospitality for our wedding reception on May 11. We weren't sure what to expect, because we came across them by typing "local bartenders" into the google search engine, but I speak for both of us as well as our guests when I say they're absolutely AMAZING!! . I NEVER right reviews, but they deserve to be noticed for their wonderful service! Neither me or my husband are easily impressed, we're both Active Duty Marines, and we've come across many bartenders in different states that have been booked for our Marine Corps Birthday Ball, and Premium Hospitality have been the BEST BARTENDERS THAT WE HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED BY FAR!!! They are VERY professional and friendly! We were worried about having lines at the bar, but with almost 200 guests and 2 bartenders, there was NEVER a line at the bar!! Our guests were extremely impressed by their immediate service all night long. I usually always have a dislike or something negative to say about people/companies that I choose to do business with, but there is absolutely nothing negative to say!!! Out of the 7 potential bartenders that we found for our reception, Premium Hospitality was the only one who called us and sent us information on their drink packages, the others basically said they could do nothing for us because of the price range we wanted to stay in, so off the bat, we were already drawn in to them and knew they were professional. When I say they are EXTREMELY affordable, that's exactly what I mean. They provided everything, and they arrived more than 2 hours prior to the time I needed them there, dressed professionally!! You WILL NOT be disappointed if you choose Premium Hospitality for your event, we are definitely using them if we ever need a bartender in the future. Up until the day of our wedding, they stayed in contact with me to make sure nothing changed or to ask me about how I wanted certain things, they definitely make it all about you!!! "The 2014 Episcopal Place Gumbo Gala was a great success, meeting all of its goals for revenue generated, attendance and number of cook teams participating. Many volunteers, staff, supporters and vendors share responsibility for this success, including Premium Hospitality and its owner, Jason Lea.
Jason was easy and fun to work with, responsible, diligent and delivered everything he promised. He handled getting the beer license for us and was very persistent in that difficult process. His involvement allowed me, the event coordinator, to focus on other aspects of the event rather than worrying about the beer license.
Jason was readily available for planning meetings and phone calls during the 9 months of event planning. The previous year under a different beer vendor, we had numerous complaints from event patrons that the beer concession lines were extremely long and that they ran out of certain brands of beer just halfway through the event. Jason turned this situation around for us this year and had plenty of servers and inventory and, thus, no complaints from our event guests.
Under our previous beer vendor, we were provided no information regarding sales and no percentage of the profit. Jason was able to give us detailed reports on beer and wine sold and shared with us a percentage of his profits.
Jason is a businessman of high standards and integrity and does everything possible to satisfy his customer. We are fortunate to have found Jason this year and look forward to working with him again next year.
